Technical Data: Browser type and IP address (collected automatically via Firebase).

To provide the prediction game service, calculate and display scores and leaderboards, send essential service emails (email verification, password resets), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (cloud-based infrastructure). We implement appropriate security measures including Firestore security rules and authentication to protect your personal information.

4. Children's Privacy

This service is designed for family use. Children under 16 should only use this site under parental supervision via the Captain/Player system. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing Player profiles for children.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for Firebase authentication (keeping you logged in) and localStorage for your cookie consent preference. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept. We do not use advertising cookies.

Firebase (Google): Database and authentication. Stripe: Payment processing for optional donations. These services have their own privacy policies.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must provide accurate information. You must be 16 or older, or have parental consent to use this service. One account per person/email address.

3. Captain/Player Accounts

Captains are responsible for all Player profiles they create. Parents must supervise children's use of the service. Do not share account credentials or PINs.

4. Predictions & Scoring

All predictions lock at the start of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Scores are calculated automatically based on our published scoring rules. We are not responsible for incorrect predictions, technical issues, or discrepancies. League rankings are final.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not cheat, manipulate, or exploit the system. You may not use offensive language in league names, player names, or any user-generated content. You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

6. Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary, non-refundable, and processed securely via Stripe. Donations do not grant special features or privileges.

7. Intellectual Property

This service and its original content are owned by ThinkHoos Ltd. You may not copy or redistribute without permission. This is a fan-made prediction game and is not affiliated with FIFA or the 2026 World Cup organisers.

8. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

ThinkHoos Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including data loss, technical issues, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
